Getting Started

  • What is the cost per session?

Sessions cost $170 (no tax) per 50min session.

  • How do I book an appointment?

You can book online anytime through our Jane platform or contact our admin team for help finding the right therapist. We can match you with someone based on your goals and concerns.

About Therapy

  • What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session is about getting to know you — your story, your goals, and what’s been hard lately. Your therapist will explain what therapy might look like and help you create a plan that feels manageable. If it's not, we can adjust as we go.

  • Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. You can book directly with any therapist whose approach or availability fits your needs. Some insurance plans require a referral for reimbursement, so it’s always worth checking your coverage first.

  • How long will I need therapy?

It depends on your goals, the issues you’re working through, and how often you attend. Some clients come for a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. Your therapist will check in with you regularly to make sure therapy is working for you.

Practical Details

  • What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48  hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee. This allows us to offer that time to another client who may be waiting.

  • Is therapy covered by insurance?

Many extended health plans cover therapy with a Registered Psychotherapist, Social Worker, or Psychologist. Coverage varies by plan, so it’s best to check with your insurance provider. You’ll receive a receipt with all required information to submit for reimbursement.
